First Indesign Experiment.

This double-page spread is the first experiment I have done using the InDesign software. I have learned several new techniques, including how to place images into InDesign using the rectangle tool and resize them using the black and white arrows without any blurring or pixelating. This is visible in the collage I created on the right-hand page.
I also learned how to create columns using the page settings, and why margin lines are important, since they are the guides of where you place your content in the magazine. I also learned how to place text documents into the columns, and how to create a drop cap. I then created a title, changed the colouring and then gave it a contrasting stroke in the background.

Further Photoshop Experiments.

Before cross processing.
After cross processing.

The cross processing effect looks better on this image. This is because I experimented by changing the solid colour layer to a light green rather than the yellow. The green is softer, and gives the image a more vintage appearance.
